How do credits and billing work?
Every video generation costs a fixed number of credits, shown before you click Generate. Subscription credits refresh every month; credit packs are one-time purchases valid for 365 days. Both draw from the same balance, and you can stack a pack on top of a subscription for heavy months.
What happens if a generation fails?
You never pay for failures. If a render errors out or the model rejects the job, the full credit cost is refunded to your balance automatically — no support ticket needed.
Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your billing page — your plan stays active until the end of the current period and simply doesn't renew. Upgrades take effect immediately; unused credits remain valid.
Can I use the videos commercially?
All plans — including videos made with free welcome credits — come with commercial usage rights. Post them, run them as ads, use them in client work. You own what you generate.
