Zvidy ("we", "us") is an AI video generation platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use zvidy.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

1. Account information — your email address, display name, and (if you sign in with Google or GitHub) the basic profile information those providers share.
2. Prompts and uploads — the text descriptions you submit and any images you provide for image-to-video generation. These are required to produce your videos.
3. Generated content — the videos created from your prompts, stored so you can view and download them from your workspace.
4. Usage and billing data — credit balance and consumption, subscription status, and order history. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processors (e.g. Stripe); we never store full card numbers.
5. Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, used for security, rate limiting, and improving the product.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide the core service: generate videos from your prompts, maintain your generation history, and manage your credits.
• Process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Send transactional email (sign-in verification, receipts, important service notices).
• Improve model selection, product features, and site performance using aggregated, de-identified usage data.

AI Processing and Third-Party Model Providers

Your prompts and reference images are transmitted to third-party AI model providers (such as Kling, Google Veo, and MiniMax Hailuo, via their API platforms) solely to generate the videos you request. These providers process the data under their own terms and may retain it temporarily for abuse prevention. Do not include personal or sensitive information in prompts.

Storage

Generated videos and uploads are stored on Cloudflare R2 object storage. Videos you generate are private to your account unless you choose to share them or feature them publicly.

Data Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Generated videos are retained as long as your account exists; you may delete them at any time from your workspace. We may retain minimal records (e.g. invoices) as required by law.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below. We respond within 30 days.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice.
