Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zvidy (zvidy.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Zvidy generates short videos from text prompts and images using third-party AI models (including Kling, Google Veo, and MiniMax Hailuo). Output quality and availability depend on these upstream providers; specific models may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to farm welcome credits.

Credits and Payment

• Video generation consumes credits. The cost of each generation is displayed before you confirm it.
• Credits are granted by subscription plans, one-time credit packs, and promotional grants. Credit packs may carry an expiration date shown at purchase.
• Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits.
• Except where required by law, purchased credits and subscription fees are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. Unused subscriptions may be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the billing period.
• Prices may change; changes never affect credits you already hold.

Your Content and Generated Videos

• You retain ownership of the prompts and images you submit, and you grant us the license needed to process them for generation and storage.
• Subject to these terms and your plan, you own the videos you generate and may use them commercially.
• We may feature videos publicly (e.g. in an explore gallery) only where the product marks them as public or you opt in.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights (including copyright, trademark, or likeness rights), depicts real persons deceptively without consent, sexualizes minors, promotes violence or hatred, or violates the upstream model providers' policies. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual Property

The Zvidy name, logo, website design, and software are our property. These terms grant you no rights to them beyond normal use of the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to output generated for others from similar prompts. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, unused promotional credits lapse.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
